Drive fit-to-standard analysis, harmonization of logistics processes, and strategic alignment with global SAP templates and organization policies. Ensure the successful transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA, including data migration, process reengineering, and change management activities. Work with customer business teams & project teams effectively during pilot & rollout projects - discovery phase until go-live & stabilization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting & rollout experience as well as user training & support with some years of domain experience
- 2+ years of End-to-end Implementation experience including migration & cutover activity
- English advanced; German language nice to have;
- Knowledge in integrated process chains and S/4HANA functional implementation.
- Strong expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) module, including service orders, contracts, notifications, and repairs.
- Experience with R2S process flows, integration between SAP CS, SD, MM, and PM modules.
- Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration (VC) and equipment master data management.
- Familiarity with service planning, resource scheduling, and field service integration.
- Experience with incident, warranty, and service contract management, including integration with SAP CRM or C4C if applicable.
- Hands-on experience with data migration and cutover activities in rollout projects.
- Ability to create/modify functional specifications, work with ABAP developers, and perform UATs.
- Familiar with global rollout governance, change control, and regulatory alignment across business units.
- Familiarity with Solution Manager/Activate methodology, Signavio, Jira and tools for documentation, testing, and change management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex logistics requirements into technical specifications.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA architecture, integration points, and best practices in rollout and template localization.
- Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Agile certification or experience working in agile projects is preferred.
- Readiness to travel internationally (EU).
