WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will drive customer acquisition through proactive outbound sales and consistent prospect engagement. This role is focused on high-volume outbound prospecting, structured multi-touch follow-up, objection handling, and conversion ownership. You will independently manage prospect pipelines, persist through non-responses, and maintain high-quality engagement while meeting activity and conversion goals. This role does not involve list building, data analysis, or messaging strategy.

WHY DO WE WANT YOU

We are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate in helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose. We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic and Authentic.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Work assigned lead lists through outbound outreach across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, chat, and video platforms
  • Execute consistent multi-touch follow-up strategies to engage prospects and drive conversion outcomes
  • Clearly articulate product and service value propositions while addressing customer questions and objections in real time
  • Schedule and conduct product demos, walkthroughs, consultations, and video meetings where applicable
  • Drive conversations toward successful signup, onboarding, or conversion outcomes
  • Manage multiple prospect conversations simultaneously while prioritizing high-intent opportunities
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions within CRM and communication platforms
  • Identify recurring customer objections, engagement trends, and process gaps to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer experience, and leadership teams to support acquisition goals
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined outreach, responsiveness, and conversion performance metrics

Requirements

WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU

YOU ARE…

  • Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr
  • A confident and resilient communicator who thrives in customer-facing and conversion-focused environments
  • Highly organized with strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting communication styles to different customer situations
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and persistence
  • An analytical and critical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences while driving business outcomes

YOU HAVE…

  • 2–3+ years of experience in sales (outbound sales), customer acquisition, BDR/SDR, or a similar high-volume role
  • Experience managing outbound and/or high-volume customer engagement activities across multiple communication channels
  • Strong closing orientation, with confidence on the phone and a track record of driving prospects to commit
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, and build customer trust
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Experience handling objections, navigating challenging customer conversations, and driving conversion outcomes
  • Ability to independently manage multiple customer interactions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt approaches based on customer needs
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer communication tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn products, processes, and customer workflows in an evolving environment
  • Experience working toward performance goals, activity metrics, or conversion targets preferred
  • Availability to work standard US business hours required

STRONGLY PREFERRED…

  • Experience selling into SMBs or independent business owners, with a clear understanding of their mindset: skeptical of platforms, time-constrained, and quick to disengage without an immediate value proposition
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement and email outreach platforms (e.g. Mixmax, Saleshandy, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or equivalent), including running sequences, managing cadences, and operating an inbox at high volume.
  • Comfort with high-volume phone outreach, including a demonstrated history of cold calling at scale
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding outbound activity and conversion targets

At the heart of Boldr's mission is a profound belief that while talent is evenly distributed across the globe, opportunity is not. This conviction fuels their drive to reshape the outsourcing landscape, moving away from traditional models that often prioritized profit extraction over people's well-being. Founded in 2017, Boldr has consistently championed a purpose-driven and people-focused approach, striving to connect global talent with meaningful opportunities in a way that is both ethical and performance-oriented. Their values – Curiosity, Dynamism, and Authenticity – are not just words on a page; they are the bedrock of the company's culture and inform every aspect of their business, from client interactions to team member development.

Boldr's commitment to 'doing good while doing well' is exemplified by its status as the world's largest B Corp-certified BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and PEO (Professional Employer Organization). This certification underscores their dedication to high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. The company actively invests in its team members, offering customized development plans and fostering an environment where individuals can grow both personally and professionally. This focus on employee well-being and career advancement contributes to a higher retention rate compared to other outsourcing firms. Furthermore, Boldr is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the communities in which it operates. They partner with non-profit organizations, particularly those focused on education and skills development for under-resourced youth, and encourage their team members to volunteer their time and skills. This holistic approach, which they term 'Boldr Economics,' aims to create a circular value system that benefits their clients, their team members' careers, and the local communities they call home. By responsibly operating and prioritizing ethical practices, Boldr is not just providing outsourcing services; they are actively working to transform the industry and prove that a business can be a force for good.
