Job Description

BlueTriton is seeking a results-oriented leader with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales Strategy experience to lead the BlueTriton Kroger & Albertsons Team. This individual should have an impressive history of cross functional partnerships with the ability to consistently achieve sales targets as well as strength in developing, penetrating, and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of organizations. This role will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing the 4P strategic plan across Kroger & Albertsons. The Team Lead will provide leadership, direction and coaching to team members to achieve Distribution Goals, Trade Objectives, effectively deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual share and sales targets, in support of Blue Triton’s strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for delivering sales and financial objectives. Delivers results through successful negotiation and strategic planning with Kroger / Albertsons.
• Ability to develop, sell in, and execute strategic sales plans delivers against Blue Triton’s strategic initiatives: Mix, Innovation, NNS attainment, etc.
• Owns relationship with Water buyers at Kroger / Albertsons. Consistent discussion with buyer on delivering objectives including sales, margin, and in-stocks.
• Leads quarterly joint business planning meetings and annual innovation preview meetings.
• Strong partnerships and strategic planning with cross-functional partners: Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Demand Planning, Category Management and Channel Strategy.
• Develop and implement sales strategy across all Divisions of Kroger / Albertsons to achieve sales plan, revenue target and market share objectives.
• Responsible for forecast accuracy, including weekly operating review on forecast and trends. Identifies opportunities to close gaps.
• Prepares and leads monthly business review.
• Lead and coach Acosta partners to deliver KPI's and monthly objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• 5+ years Sales Leadership experience
• Consistently delivers on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a large Team.
• Project Management, analysis and decision making skills
• Successful P&L Management (understands levers and ability to influence)
• Strong history of delivering sustainable growth and exceeding channel/customer plans with a very strong category management skill set.
• Proven track record in sales planning and customer P&L management
• Effectively influence high performing teams as well as grow and develop people.
• Consistently prioritize and multi-task within a broad scope of responsibility.
• Solid analytical and technical skills in MS Office and internal sales tools
• Product Portfolio Channel Experience: Experience selling within a specific channel with knowledge of channel dynamics.
• Relationship Building: Skilled at building and maintaining cross-functional relationships internally and at customer level.
• Presentation Building Skills: Development of presentation documents drawing from all available sources
• Presenting Skills: Delivery of presentations in one-on-one or group situations to deliver a specific message and obtain a pre-planned result.

Negotiating Skills: The ability to achieve pre-planned results in a meeting or discussion by negotiating those results with an individual or group
