Requirements
- Develop and execute Contract Manufacturing sourcing strategy
- Lead pricing negotiations and contract discussions with CM partners
- Assess geopolitical dynamics and tariff impacts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CM partners
- Collaborate with Planning and Operations on capacity planning and launch readiness
- Partner with engineering and operation teams to review Design for Manufacturability
- Track product roadmaps and ensure CM partners are prepared to support upcoming launches
- Present supply chain risks, mitigation plans, and strategic updates to senior management
- Mentor junior team members
