We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Bid Manager. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a logical mindset, and a passion for business development.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation and coordination of bids, proposals, and tender submissions.
· Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements and gather necessary information for bid submissions.
· Ensure all bid documents are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
· Maintain a database of bid documentation and templates for future reference.
· Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on bid objectives and strategies.
· Support the pre-sales team in all aspects of the bidding process.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Logical mindset with the ability to analyze complex information.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Prior experience in bid management or related field is a plus but not required.
