Content Programming Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, producing, and editing content to support content growth and enhance user engagement.
• Develop and manage content programming schedules to ensure timely and consistent delivery across platforms.
• Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product, to align content strategies with business goals.
• Track and analyze content performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content effectiveness and user reach.
• Assist in communication and coordination with creators and partners to facilitate content creation and execution.
• Support the implementation of content distribution strategies to maximize audience engagement and platform growth.

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in content creation and video production, and a media degree or relevant work experience are preferred.
• We welcome applications from influencers who have their own social media channels with a proven track record of success.
• Good understanding of the crypto industry trends, able to execute scriptwriting, video shooting, and basic editing.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong execution ability, fast learner, with good time management and self-motivation.
