You are...

A detail-oriented wordsmith with a passion for SEO, a strong knowledge of casinos, and a keen eye for optimizing content. We need a talented and experienced SEO Casino Editor to join our Canada team and play a crucial role in crafting and refining long-form evergreen content. As an SEO Casino Editor, you will collaborate closely with our SEO team, writers, and fellow editors to ensure that our content meets high editorial standards and aligns seamlessly with SEO best practices. If you're a meticulous editor with a background in iGaming/Online Casinos, knowledge of the Canadian market, and a proven track record in delivering top-notch SEO content, we want to hear from you.

You will...

  • Ensure all written content adheres to both editorial guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Catch and correct errors in grammar, syntax, punctuation, and style.
  • Work effectively with SEO specialists and managers to implement keyword strategies and on-page optimization techniques.

  • Provide clear feedback and guidance to a team of contract writers to enhance the quality and SEO value of their work.

  • Edit and refine long-form evergreen content (3000 to 7000 words), maintaining a consistent tone and style.

  • Use your expertise and Canadian market knowledge to enhance the relevance and engagement of our content.

  • Navigate and publish content efficiently using Content Management Systems.

  • Keep informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.

  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality SEO-driven articles when needed.

  • Collaborate with the SEO team to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

You have...

  • 4+ years in an editorial role with a proven track record of editing and optimizing SEO-focused content.

  • The ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Preferred experience with a genuine interest and knowledge of the Canadian market.

  • Expertise in implementing SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring.

  • Extensive experience working with various Content Management Systems.

  • The ability to manage contract writers and providing constructive feedback.

  • A commitment to producing error-free, polished content.

  • TheAbility to work effectively with SEO specialists, writers, and other team members.

  • The ability of independently prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • A proactive attitude towards staying informed about industry trends and adapting to evolving SEO practices.
