At Betclic, we're on a mission to redefine the online sports betting and gaming experience. Central to this mission is our Customer Experience team - a dynamic group of product designers, UX researchers, and Product Operations Managers dedicated to shaping the future of the Betclic Product Experience.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

As the Design Ops Lead, you will oversee our design operations, playing a critical role in optimizing our design processes and workflows. You'll manage a small but mighty team, guiding them to achieve excellence in our design practices.

As a Design System Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our Customer Experience team. Your mission will be to:

• Maintain and Enhance: Keep our design system at the forefront, ensuring it meets our high standards and evolves with our needs.
• Innovate and Refine: Contribute to the enhancement of our design methodologies and processes. Your vision will help shape our design future.
• Collaborate : Work closely with product designers and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas and solutions flourish.
• Be an Ambassador: Promote the adoption of our design system across teams, enhancing overall product coherence and quality.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for colleagues with a good sense of humor, respect, and kindness, a bit of zeal, and a real passion for their profession!

This job is for you if:

• You have an expertise in design systems beyond the creation of UI Kits. Figma mastery is a must, and familiarity with Figma Tokens, Super Nova is a bonus.
• You have a passion for precision and a guardian of guidelines.
• You are proficient in Git and have experience collaborating with developers.
• You are a proactive team player who loves to support and inspire those around them.
• You are fluent in English, with exceptional documentation and guideline writing skills.
• You have curiosity for new tools and technologies, paired with a positive outlook and a strategic design vision.
• You have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of simplifying complex issues and confidently presenting solutions.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Audrey within a week for an HR prequalification (30 minutes).

We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).

You will then meet Thomas your future manager

Finally, Audrey will conduct a final HR interview, and you will discuss your AssessFirst Test together.

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks.
