The Customer Experience team, comprised of passionate product designers, UX researchers, and Product Operations Managers, is at the heart of this transformation, dedicated to shape the future of the Betclic Product Experience.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

As the Design Ops Lead, you will oversee our design operations, playing a critical role in optimizing our design processes and workflows. You'll manage a small but mighty team, guiding them to achieve excellence in our design practices.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Direct and refine our design ops strategy, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 1-2 individuals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline our design workflows, implement best practices, and ensure seamless collaboration between designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Design Advocacy: Champion the importance of operational excellence within the design team and across the company.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Customer Experience team and other departments to ensure design operations support the delivery of outstanding product experiences.

This job is for you if:

  • You have a visionary leader with a passion for design excellence and operational efficiency.
  • You have proven experience in design operations, preferably with a background in managing teams.
  • You have expertise in design tools and software, with Figma proficiency highly valued.
  • You have strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, fluent in English, capable of inspiring your team and stakeholders.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver, open to experimentation and innovation within design practices.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is selected, you will be contacted by Audrey within a week for an HR prequalification (30 minutes).

We will then ask you to complete the AssessFirst Test (personality, motivations, and reasoning).

You will then meet Thomas your future manager

Finally, Audrey will conduct a final HR interview, and you will discuss your AssessFirst Test together.

To provide an ideal candidate experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks.
