ABOUT THE TEAM
Bestow’s finance team plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and success of the organization, from managing and optimizing the company's financial resources to enabling effective decision-making and sustainable growth. Finance comprises various teams, including accounting, budgeting, and strategic planning, providing financial insights and support to facilitate all operations.
The Head of Strategic Finance will help lead Bestow's financial operations and play a major role in the company’s evolution. You will work closely with the CFO and alongside the founders, leading strategic planning, analytics, capital markets, and investor relations for the Company.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Support the development of our Enterprise SaaS strategy. Drive development of key financial and operating targets.
- Develop a proactive investor relations strategy framework, including metrics, messaging, and valuation models. Assist with presentations for the board of directors, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Create and maintain investor financial models and presentations to ensure they are informative, accurate, and relevant.
- Lead the annual budget process and monthly revenue and expense forecasting. Driving strategic cross-functional initiatives that support company OKRs.
- Maintain strong company and sector expertise. Report on emerging market trends and recommend expansion opportunities, including mergers & acquisitions. Identify, benchmark, and report on competition.
- Play a role in the company’s roadmap for IPO readiness.
- Conduct research and analysis of operational effectiveness and business process.
- Align departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with Bestow’s organizational strategy.
- Assess data to gain insights and recommend pricing strategies that align closely with market trends. Develop dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs. Help analyze the viability of various deals and opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years experience in investment banking, equivalent to a VP or Director level. Sector experience in financial services is a plus.
- Intellectually curious and demonstrated self-starter.
- Superior financial analysis capabilities, including a clear and thorough understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques widely adopted by industry professionals and analysts. First principles approach to understanding complex concepts.
- Exceptional presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding and persuasive communicator. Ability to present a narrative supported by data and relevant metrics.
- Collaborative style and viewed as a strong business partner, both efficient and consistently adding value.
- Experience successfully leading a team.
- Continuously strive to improve the Investor Relations function; ensure best-in-class practices are in place.
- Solicit and accept feedback, criticism, and alternative points of view with a goal to improve.
