We are hiring a highly skilled, AI-native Marketing Automation Specialist (Virtual Assistant) to manage, integrate, and continuously optimize artificial intelligence tools across our entire marketing operation. This role covers nine core AI-powered domains: Content Generation, Campaign Management, Graphic Design, SEO/GEO, Social Media, Competitive Analysis, Messaging & Branding, Ad Management, and Digital Asset Management. You will not only execute within each domain — you will drive team-wide integration so that AI tools become the default, not the exception, in every workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Generation AI

- Document all content workflows and prompt systems as SOPs for team repeatability
Campaign Management AI
- Set up and manage AI-driven campaign orchestration across email, paid, and organic channels
- Use predictive AI tools to identify optimal send times, audience segments, and campaign triggers
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and action AI-generated optimization recommendations
- Build and maintain campaign calendars using AI scheduling and workflow automation tools
- Ensure all campaign tasks are executed against documented SOPs with clear performance benchmarks
Graphic Design AI
- Produce on-brand visual assets using AI design platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or DALL-E
- Develop and maintain brand-consistent prompt frameworks and style guides for AI-generated imagery, graphics, and video thumbnails
- Support short-form and long-form video production including AI-generated hooks, b-roll, and caption overlays
- Assist with basic video editing and asset repurposing workflows using AI-assisted tools
- Deliver creative assets on brief, on time, and within brand standards for all channel needs
SEO / GEO AI
- Execute AI-powered keyword research, topic clustering, content gap analysis, and on-page optimization using tools such as Surfer SEO, Clearscope, or SEMrush AI
- Generate content outlines, meta data, and SEO drafts; upload and format into CMS platforms
- Lead Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) execution — structuring content so it surfaces in AI-generated answers on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google SGE
- Track and report both traditional SERP rankings and AI search visibility metrics weekly
- Support basic technical SEO tasks including internal linking, schema markup, and page speed flagging
Social Media Management AI
- Create, schedule, and publish AI-driven content across all platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using tools such as Hootsuite AI, Sprout Social, or Publer
- Use AI sentiment analysis tools to monitor brand mentions, engagement trends, and reputational signals in real time
- Build automated content calendars that draw from AI content pools while maintaining platform-specific tone and format
- Monitor engagement and deliver weekly performance reports with AI-synthesized insights and recommended actions
- Repurpose PR wins, blog content, and campaign assets into social-ready formats using AI
Competitive Analysis AI
- Configure and run AI competitive intelligence tools (e.g., Crayon, Klue, or Kompyte) to monitor competitor campaigns, messaging, product updates, and pricing changes
- Deliver regular AI-synthesized competitive briefings to the marketing team and leadership
- Maintain a live competitive intelligence dashboard updated continuously through AI monitoring feeds
- Surface messaging gaps, whitespace opportunities, and market positioning insights from competitive data
- Research relevant publications, journalists, and thought leadership targets to support PR outreach
Messaging & Branding AI
- Use AI tools to develop, test, and refine brand messaging, value propositions, taglines, and positioning across channels
- Run AI-assisted A/B and multivariate messaging tests across email, ads, and web; report winning variants
- Build and maintain an AI-accessible brand knowledge base — tone of voice, persona definitions, messaging guardrails — so all AI outputs stay on-brand
- Generate media pitch drafts, press releases, and thought leadership content using AI with human review
- Enforce brand voice consistency across all AI-generated content through documented review checkpoints
Ad Management & Analysis AI
- Generate AI-assisted ad copy, headline variations, and creative assets for search, social, display, and programmatic campaigns
- Support campaign setup, audience configuration, and creative organization across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms
- Leverage AI bidding and audience optimization tools (e.g., Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, Smartly) to improve ROAS and reduce CPA
- Build automated reporting pipelines that surface AI-generated insights on performance, creative fatigue, and budget efficiency
- Deliver weekly paid media performance reports with AI-synthesized analysis and actionable recommendations
Digital Asset Management & Website AI
- Manage an AI-enhanced DAM system (e.g., Bynder, Brandfolder, or Canto) to organize, tag, version, and retrieve all digital assets across the team
- Integrate AI tools into the website CMS for content personalization, chatbot functionality, dynamic landing pages, and on-page SEO
- Use AI-driven website analytics and heatmapping tools (e.g., Hotjar AI, Microsoft Clarity) to surface UX issues and conversion improvement opportunities
- Maintain asset governance — right asset, right format, right channel — using AI-powered workflow automation and approval routing
- Ensure all digital assets, including website pages, are current, on-brand, and accessible through documented asset management SOPs
AI Integration & Team Adoption
Owning tool adoption across the team is a non-negotiable part of this role. AI tools that go unused do not count as integrated.
- Build, maintain, and enforce SOPs that embed AI tools into daily, weekly, and monthly marketing workflows for every team member
- Conduct regular audits of tool usage across the team — identify gaps, coach laggards, and escalate blockers
- Create how-to documentation, short training guides, and prompt templates so team members can execute AI tasks independently
- Act as the internal AI marketing resource — evaluating new tools, running pilots, and making adoption recommendations
- Track and report on AI adoption metrics: tasks completed via AI vs. manually, time saved, and output volume
- Coordinate with any technical, IT, or operations stakeholders to ensure AI tools are securely and reliably integrated

What We're Looking For
This is not a role for someone who uses AI occasionally. We need someone who lives in these tools — who wakes up thinking about how to make the next workflow faster, tighter, and more consistent. You will be the person our team turns to when they need to know how to do something with AI, and the person who holds us all accountable to actually using it.
If you have built AI-powered marketing systems, driven measurable results, and can show the team how it’s done — we want to hear from you.
