This role partners closely with business leadership, design, and engineering to understand user pain points, define priorities, and translate validated opportunities into actionable roadmaps. We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in creating business cases for new products and ideas, demonstrating their potential value.
  • Maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Connect stakeholders’ interests to project goals, influencing and negotiating to align expectations and develop mutually beneficial plans.
  • Ensure that requirements are accepted and collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of product objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Consider the impact of the product or initiative on stakeholders and actively manage their expectations regarding possibilities, deviations, and risks.
  • Oversee non-technical features, prioritization sequences, and communicate these to horizontal teams.
  • Identify user groups, establish feedback loops, and seek clarity from relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Utilize tools to gather and analyze product performance data, such as user engagement and satisfaction, to inform feature enhancements.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including, but not limited to internal communication, release notes, training materials, and product demos.
  • Analyze and understand the desired experience of target users, developing solutions to address gaps in the product/platform experience.
  • Provide guidance on identifying common usability issues and assign severity levels.
  • Integrate various inputs, decision criteria, and trade-offs to make effective decisions.
  • Present clear, fact-based recommendations persuasively.
  • Provide candid, constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

We Stand for Excellence, so to achieve success in this role you should have:

Preferred Qualifications:
