Position Overview
The Developer Analyst will work the Customer Success organization, collaborating with the Science and Engineering teams, in providing technical support of Beekin products. The Developer Analyst will provide advanced-level business and technical support to our clients in the multi-family industry. The career progression of this role is to potentially advance to a software engineer at Beekin within 18 months.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have the ability to:
- Quickly develop deep business and technical knowledge of Beekin’s pricing and revenue optimization solution for the real estate industry – LeaseMax.
- Develop an understanding of multi-family operations and revenue management principles holistically.
- Develop an understanding of underlying clients’ issues beyond reported incidents and tie them to LeaseMax, multi-family operations, and revenue management principles.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable and high-value details to reported incidents with a combination of data analytics, business acumen, technical expertise, product features, and sound judgment.
- Distill complex topics and communicate in a simple and coherent manner with a consultative approach.
- Work hours are between 12:30 PM and 9:30 PM IST, which gives this individual access to our global team.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline.
- Analytical and inquisitive mindset is essential for this role as you will be tracking patterns of behavior in a price forecasting model.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel is preferred.
- Python scripting language experience is a preferred skill.
- Excellent analytical, communication, client-focus, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure, work with limited direction and documentation, and thrive with uncertainty.
- Prior experience with web service system integrations and diagnostics is a plus.
- Prior experience with multi-family operations and/or pricing/revenue management support is a plus.
- Prior technical customer service experience in the software industry of 3 years or more is a plus.
