Essential Job Duties:

Are you a seasoned marketing leader who knows how to drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy? Picture yourself at BambooHR, leading a team of talented customer marketers who are focused on helping our 33,000+ customers get more value from the BambooHR platform and community. You’ll strengthen our customers’ connection to our brand, create opportunities for them to leverage more products, give them reasons to stick around, and build a community of BambooHR advocates. You Will:

  • Collaborate across divisions to map our customer journey and create on-brand and valuable touchpoints for our 33,000 customers
  • Create upgrade and expansion opportunities for our expansion sales team, driving value for our customers and impacting our company's goals
  • Drive targeted retention and loyalty programs that increase ‌customer retention rates
  • Grow and maintain the BambooHR customer community, including programs like our customer forum, advocacy program, call references, case studies, CAB and more
  • Dive deep into our customer segmentation strategies to create meaningful personalization across the customer journey
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • Experience creating a seamless and positive customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Exceptional ability to identify and create upgrade and expansion opportunities to improve lifetime value
  • Proven track record in developing and executing customer retention strategies to reduce churn
  • Experience managing the entire customer lifecycle in a way that improves retention and advocacy
  • Expertise in data analysis for decision making and optimizing marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional collaboration across divisions that drives buy-in and alignment around marketing strategies and business goals
  • KPI-driven mindset that prioritizes activities in a way that best fulfills our mission and vision
  • Robust leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop talent within the team
  • Ability to cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and accountable team culture.
  • Experience working in dynamic environments with adaptability and resilience.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry trends
  • Bonus points for product marketing and demand generation experience
