United States onlyAvint LLC is searching for part-time Award Fee Metrics Consulting to establish a clearly defined Award Fee methodology that is supported by measurable internal and external metrics for CDM Data Services. The Award Fee Metrics Consultant should be familiar with and capable of leveraging the philosophies of SMART goal development in order to provide Avint LLC with recommendations for achievable metrics.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports the definition and development of standards for CDM DEFEND E Program in accordance with contractual requirements to include Quality Assurance, Service Level Agreements, CDRL Management, Risk Mitigation, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Helps develop quantifiable outcome-based statements to gauge operating conditional against established goals or objectives.
- Participates in and may lead audits and establish continuous diagnostics and improvement.
- May provide work leadership, training across departments for other team members.
- Ensures that problems have been properly identified and solutions will satisfy the user’s requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. PMP or similar certification preferred.
- 10+ years of Delivery Assurance, continual service improvement experience ensuring client and end user experience meets contract requirements.
- Expert in reviewing award fee based criteria and developing strategies for creating measurable metrics based on the award feed evaluation criteria.
- Creating measurable metrics will require both determining the appropriate objective measurement goal, as well as a simple but effective way to measure these goals based on available tools.
- Achieves delivery assurance objectives by contributing clarifying information and analytics to further define evaluation criteria
- Expertise providing strong written and verbal communication.
- Must be a US citizen
- Able to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability (EOD)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
