Why We Need you!

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and well-rounded professional that is able to work under general supervision when conducting day to day tasks. The candidate will have time management skills with the ability to meet all department deadlines.

The Senior Tax Analyst includes development and operation of compliance activities while gaining experience with and contributing to corporate tax provision, tax planning, and activities and projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Preparation of US Federal corporate income tax returns, including US reporting of international operations, and US state and local income tax returns to assure compliance with Federal and state tax laws and regulations.
  • Involvement with the preparation of worldwide quarterly and annual tax provisions.
  • Aid in tax planning, special studies, and other strategic initiatives, as assigned.
  • Assist with Federal, state and local tax audits and respond to request from tax authorities.
  • Work with other tax/finance members and outside advisors in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
  • Cooperate with other tax department members and corporate support functions to ensure compliance and minimize risk while managing cash flow.
  • Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance required, master’s degree with a tax emphasis is preferred.
  • CPA certification or CPA candidate preferred.
  • 2 – 3 years business tax experience and/or internship experience is required.
  • Strong Excel experience and skills required.
  • Experience with OneSource/GoSystem or other tax software preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of responsibility to contribute, own projects, and ability to multi-task and work under various deadlines.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills required to function as part of a team with the ability to also work independently with limited supervision.
  • Acute attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
