We are looking for a Senior Business Developer (m/f/d) for our B2B project in Germany. Your tasks include acquiring new customers and introducing them to our AUTODOC PRO concept. You will also provide support for any questions regarding the program or the company, and guide customers successfully to their first order.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition and Visits: Daily visits to potential customers as well as existing workshop clients to present our AUTODOC PRO concept. Your goal is to familiarize workshops in Germany with our concept and guide them successfully to their first order.
Customer Data Management: Maintain and update the customer database. This includes adding new potential customers to our CRM system and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all customer data.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, particularly with workshop owners, to understand and meet their needs effectively.
Reporting: Regularly report to your supervisor on progress, challenges, and relevant market changes to ensure sales success and make necessary adjustments to the sales strategy.
Customer Support and Problem-Solving: Assist customers with questions or issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Willingness to Travel: This position requires a high degree of travel, including regular overnight stays in hotels within the assigned region, to ensure comprehensive customer support and continuous expansion of the customer base on-site.
Job Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in direct sales or customer service, ideally in a sales representative or technical consultant role
Extensive knowledge of the automotive parts market in Germany
Excellent German language skills (fluent) as well as good English skills (advantageous)
Valid Class B driver’s license
Strong communication skills: Passion for both verbal and written communication with customers and the ability to advise them competently
High motivation and commitment: Goal-oriented in convincing customers of our AUTODOC PRO concept and demonstrating the added value of our product
