Job Description
Responsibilities
- Registration, processing and investigation of incoming complaints
- Communication with the courier services (oral and written)
- Independent decision on financial issues (taking into account customer orientation and profitability)
- File management for the entire complaints process
Requirements
- Lateral entrants, job starters or with professional experience
- Very good knowledge of German and Russian
- Goal-oriented work with regard to deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Confident use of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheet and email
