Responsibilities

• Lead, drive, and manage end-to-end integration and automation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

• Develop and execute project plans, including defining project tasks, resource allocation, and scheduling.

• Coordinate and manage project resources, both internal and external, to ensure efficient project execution and managing a team within several functions/departments along with external project participants (contractors).

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact project delivery.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development teams, business units, vendors, and partners, to ensure seamless integration of products and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 4-5 years of commercial project management experience.

• Experience in managing projects involving the integration of complex enterprise systems

• Master's degree

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

• Deep understanding of SDLC

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in project management tools and software like Jira, MS Project, etc.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Language Skills: English B2 (Upper Intermediate)

Nice to have

• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 will be a plus.
