Position Overview

Fusion is one of Autodesk’s fastest growing businesses, and ourpartnerecosystem is a major multiplier of that growth. We are hiring a Partner Solutions Specialist to accelerateadoptionof Autodesk’s Fusion Cloud portfolio including Fusion, FusionManage, andconnected manufacturing workflows across strategic partners in AMER and EMEA.

This is a high impact,goto market role at the intersection of productexpertise, partner sales, and market strategy. You will build partner capability, help them hunt for net new business, and drivepredictableFusion pipeline by strengthening workflow based selling motions. You work across Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner leadership to ensure partners can position Fusion with confidence, differentiate against competitors, and close high value opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Build a high functioning partner ecosystem capable of selling Fusion Cloud and Fusion Manage workflows end to end.

  • Develop repeatable sales plays, competitive positioning, andworkflow basedmessaging partnersuseto win new customers.

  • Enable partner sellers through training, workshops, demos, and joint customer engagements.

  • Cosell with partners on strategic opportunities, supporting discovery, technical alignment, value articulation, and deal execution.

  • Strengthen partner ability to target and win Emerging Business opportunities by improving qualification, pipeline generation, and hunting motions.

  • Support partners in building durable service offerings around Fusion Cloud workflows including data management, automation, and PLM.

  • Work cross functionally with regional Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, and Partner leadership to build aligned go to market motions.

  • Ensure partnersmaintaindisciplined forecast, pipeline hygiene, and sales execution standards.

  • Identifynew partner opportunities and help shape regional growth strategies that expand Fusion across target industries.

  • Provide market feedback and competitive insighttoproduct, marketing, and Emerging Business leadership.

What You Bring / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner sales, channel development, or business development in SaaS, cloud, or manufacturing tech.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and the modern digital thread including CAD, CAM, CAE, data management, cloud collaboration, and PLM.

  • Ability to influence partners, elevate their capability, and drive measurable sales performance across diverse partner types.

  • Experience building and executing repeatable programs, enablement plans,and go tomarket strategies at scale.

  • Strong sales instincts with the ability to coach partners on qualification, pipeline creation, and competitive takeaways.

  • Clear communication style, strong presence with executives, and the ability to build trust quickly.

  • Operational rigor with a data driven approach to forecasting, performance management, and partner readiness.

  • Comfort working across multiple regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups in a fast paced, high growth environment.

How You Will Be Measured

  • Fusion Cloud and Fusion Manage revenue influencedthroughpartners in AMER and EMEA.

  • Net new pipeline creation from partner sourced opportunities.

  • Partnerenablementeffectiveness and growth of partner capability.

  • Execution of partner business plans and attainment of Emerging Business targets.

  • Forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and consistency of partner led sales motions.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $154,900 and $277,750. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
