United States onlyPear Suite is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to design and execute high-impact initiatives that drive market entry, program expansion, product adoption, and strategic partnerships. The role will involve translating company priorities, market signals, and policy shifts into actionable programs, and building relationships and structures to expand the company's reach and influence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, project management, and/or healthcare ecosystem roles
- Experience building and managing channel or referral partnerships that drive measurable revenue
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, including payers, providers, and community-based care models
- Experience working with or alongside policy, government programs, or regulated healthcare environments
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and close multi-party deals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with external partners
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes
