Advanced Energy United is seeking a Policy Principal to join the Texas Advanced Energy Business Alliance (TAEBA) team and lead the organization's engagement at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). The role will be responsible for managing TAEBA's day-to-day ERCOT strategy, stakeholder engagement, written comments, member coordination, and relationship-building with ERCOT staff, leadership, market participants, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lead TAEBA's engagement at ERCOT
- Draft, coordinate, and file TAEBA's ERCOT comments, position statements, presentations, letters, memos, and other written materials
- Develop and execute ERCOT-focused policy and advocacy strategies
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with ERCOT staff and leadership, market participants, TAEBA members, regulators, policymakers, coalition partners, and other key stakeholders in the Texas electricity market
