United States onlyConcept Plus is seeking a Platform / DevSecOps Lead to deliver senior technical leadership for Air Force IT systems, overseeing platform architecture, DevSecOps strategy, and lifecycle management across development and operational environments to enable secure, automated, and high-performing system delivery.
Requirements
- US Citizenship Required
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Secret Clearance
- DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience depending on degree
- 5+ years hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD in enterprise environments
- Demonstrable experience leading technical teams and architecting solutions within an Agile and/or SAFe environment.
- Experience leading or architecting the migration of large, complex systems (preferably Air Force systems) to a DoD-approved cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Oracle Cloud).
- Familiarity with DoD/Air Force cybersecurity mandates (RMF, STIGs).
- Strong background in secure DevSecOps practices, automated testing, and pipeline governance.
