Integration Solutions Consultant

LawVu is transforming the legal industry with its software platform for in-house legal teams. We're looking for an Integration Solutions Consultant to support seamless technical integrations and help customers understand the value of our solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical integration, automation, or professional services role
• Strong understanding of API concepts, data flows, and system-to-system integrations
• Demonstrated experience with low-code automation tools such as Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to diagnose integration issues and propose effective solutions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical workstreams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work directly with customers to understand requirements, clarify use cases, and guide them through integration options
