Broker Relationship Manager

CMLS Financial is seeking a Broker Relationship Manager to join our alternative lending channel across the Greater Vancouver Area. The role is 100% commission-based and requires high-level exposure and real opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• Three (3) years of experience in residential mortgage underwriting (ideally in the alternative lending space) and business development on the lender or broker side.
• A drive for building networks through consistent first-contact calls and high-frequency outreach to ensure CMLS is the first choice for regional alternative deals.
• Proven ability to leverage existing relationships in the Greater Vancouver Area to drive high-volume originations and position CMLS as a preferred lender.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Possession of a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Agent license will be considered an asset.
