Talent Technology Analyst-Learning & Development, GCC, India

The Talent Technology Administrator is accountable for managing, maintaining and continuously improving the technology infrastructure, workflows, and quality of the data that support our enterprise learning and performance across the organization. Process, data, and systems governance, translating business and programmatic needs into system requirements, user experience and user support are key aspects of this role.

This position will be Remote at our India location.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Learning & Performance Management System Support

  • Learning & Performance Management System Support includes performing routine maintenance updates & testing Workday enhancements, resolving LMS and performance management system issues for users, and providing periodic and ad=hoc reports.
  • Conduct essential tasks including but not limited to campaign deployments, tagging course content, testing e-learning courses, and overall content management (e.g., identification of content that should be removed from the system by conducting audits)
  • Document process and procedures for maintaining the learning management system and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the monitoring and solving of tickets related to issues with courses, campaigns, users, and performance management within established SLA (Help desk/email responses).

Stakeholder Involvement

  • Maintain regular communications with key stakeholders on updates and enhancements to LMS and performance management tools.
  • Understand system and user implications as a result of new functionality or system changes.
  • Train other system administrators (in and outside of the People Organization) on new processes and/or functionality (as needed).
  • Collaborate with content owners to ensure the effective delivery of leaning content.

Metrics and Evaluation

  • Provide reports and metrics from LMS and performance management systems (and other platforms/systems) as needed.
  • Provide summative insights based on the data as needed.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Experience Range: 2-5 Years in Learning & Development system.

LMS Administrator Experience: 2+ years working in a HR function supporting learning with working knowledge and experience of Workday’s Learning Management System.

Tech and Process Savvy: Learns new systems quickly, thinks through implications, and can create user-friendly workflows and procedures.

Communicates Effectively: Expresses thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner and provides information to others in a way that considers the needs of the situation and audience.

Problem Solving: Able to analyze and solve problems, develop recommendations, and address issues/opportunities as they emerge.

Measurement: Conducts and analyzes performance metrics to ensure program and solutions meet performance goals and standards goals (Metrics-Minded).

Strong Collaborator: Seeks the opinions of others and engages colleagues, managers, and employees to understand needs/challenges and inform processes, workflows, deliverables, etc. Able to collaborate with employees across the globe and navigate cultural differences effectively.

Customer focus: Genuine interest and ability to service internal clients and help address the root causes; ensure interactions and deliverables yield a high level of satisfaction from users.

Relationship-Building: Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization and leverages these relationships to learn and get things done.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization.
  • Strong English fluency (writer and verbal)
  • Has worked for a Global, Fortune 500 company across different time-zones and different languages.
  • Proficiency in standard computer and communication software, including Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Office, and Outlook.
  • Experience in Power BI.
  • Strong Analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of Workday’s Talent modules.
  • Strong motivation and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and make well-suited decisions.
  • Demonstrates agility and flexibility when priorities or resources shift to meet business needs.
  • Ability to perform duties under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high volume, office work environment.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to take appropriate steps to ensure that access to and use of protected information is limited to that needed to adequately perform their job responsibilities and accountabilities.
