Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team and contributing to the success of our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager 7, demonstrating proficiency in project management and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Yardi Voyager 7 Experience:

  • Utilize knowledge of Yardi Voyager 7 to streamline property management processes.
  • Generate reports, analyze data, and provide valuable insights using Yardi Voyager 7 functionalities.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial real estate initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate communication and documentation across various stakeholders involved in projects.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Real Estate team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization.

Must-Have Tools

  • Yardi (Voyager 7 preferred)
  • Excel and other Microsoft Suite tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate.
  • Experience using Yardi Voyager 7 or a similar version of Yardi.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role supporting commercial real estate professionals is preferred.
  • Microsoft Power BI a MAJOR plus for creating reports and analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including creating and managing hubs, sites, and communication platforms to foster team collaboration and information sharing.
  • Client Interaction: Prior experience in client-facing roles, managing client inquiries, and providing exceptional service within the commercial real estate domain.
  • Financial literacy: experience working with budgets, reporting, invoices, etc
  • Any experience at all regarding commercial real estate construction projects is a HUGE plus too
