Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Travel Logistics: Plan and arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives.
  • Communication: Ensure timely communication and documentation.
  • Time Management: Strategically prioritize the executive's tasks and help optimize their time.
  • Understanding Goals: Align with the executive's objectives to promote an effective working relationship.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support with communications, presentations, reports, and social media management.
  • Research Support: Conduct necessary research as required by the executive.
  • Personalized Assistance: Cater to the individual preferences and requirements of the executive.

Requirements

    • Strong Administrative Skills (Email Management, Project Coordination, Research, etc)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in various tools (CRM, Project Management, MS Office, etc.)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM, project management tools, and MS Office.
    • Proven track record of high performance and a growth mindset.
    • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-starter with a proactive approach to goal setting and achievement.
    • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
