HR Coordinator – Remote – Florida

Aspire Software is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!

The HR Coordinator will be part of the HR team supporting the Infinity Portfolio. Working closely with the Sr. HRBP, this position is instrumental in providing an outstanding employee experience across the portfolio!

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will join a portfolio of companies that have a global presence across the US, Canada, and Europe. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to team members and leaders on HR policies and processes. You will be performing a wide range of administrative tasks to meet employment law requirements. This role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient HR operations, maintaining a positive employee experience. You will have the opportunity to assist in shaping and executing people-centered programs to drive employee engagement and retention.

The Human Resources Coordinator will report and work closely with an HR Business Partner located in the United States. We are part of a larger group organization which is headquartered in Canada and, as such, will have the opportunity to tap into other HR resources from differing portfolios of which we have an HR presence throughout the globe.

The successful candidate will be either based in the US or Canada, working fully remote!

What your day will look like:

  • Be the front line for our employees and answer questions and concerns about HR policies and processes
  • Operate within the HR Helpdesk system (Jira) to assist internal clients with administrative human resources support
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
  • Review current HR policies, seeking consistency among all companies within the portfolio while maintaining compliance with local employment laws and regulations
  • Update and maintain HRIS (BambooHR) and other employee-related documents
  • Oversee and guide all onboarding processes for the group of companies to instill high employee engagement
  • Conduct exit interviews and oversee all offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and thorough experience
  • Perform regular audits of human resources files and records to certify that all required documents are filed appropriately and in compliance with SOC2 requirements
  • Support compensation related activities such as new hire offers, salary increases and promotion letters, and bonus agreements
  • Assist with the creation and execution of rewards and recognition programs
  • Support HRBP to drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
  • Willingness to take on stretch projects to support strategic initiatives and learn new skills in support of business priorities

About You:

  • 3+ years of Human Resources related experience
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience navigating, completing data entry, and generating reports in an HRIS
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to analyze issues, propose solutions, and address challenges
  • Skilled at providing clear, effective, and timely communication
  • Exceptional planning, organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
  • You are highly curious, welcome questions, and delight in providing information and solutions for others
  • You have a growth mindset and are adaptable to change
  • Self-starter, able to work both independently as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States is essential
  • A professional level of an additional European language is highly advantageous
