Articulate is looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to play a pivotal role in our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the VP of GTM Effectiveness, this role is designed for a dynamic individual who excels in overseeing complex cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives that significantly impact our goals and objectives both within the GTM organization and beyond. As we scale our team and programs, the need for meticulous coordination across marketing, sales, and customer success teams becomes paramount. The core of this position revolves around spearheading prioritization, coordination, and execution of go-to-market initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, accountability, and collaboration for successful delivery. The right candidate will possess strong program/project management skills with a drive for results rigor and can effectively and proactively communicate cross-functionally with key members of the team.

What you'll do:

  • Provide cross-functional leadership and manage large-scale programs or multiple complex projects for high-priority go-to-market initiatives, including identifying key contributors, gathering requirements, defining milestones and deliverables, planning capacity, scheduling, and reporting status.
  • Connect current teams' initiatives to overarching business objectives, inspect progress, and optimize plans based on continuous learning.
  • Promote cross-functional communication and process to align with the Strategic Initiatives and Product Operations teams.
  • Actively build consensus across stakeholders to enable coordinated forward progress.
  • Foster strong relationships and utilize outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills to align stakeholders across the organization, convey plans, and present results to senior leadership.
  • Unblock issues, provide a systematic means to track execution, and assist the GTM team with large, complex programs and goals.
  • Lead planning and resource onboarding for new projects, ensuring streamlined initiation processes and efficient execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospection, learning, and optimization for lean execution.
  • Contribute to establishing and maturing the PMO function within the GTM team, shaping processes for improved project management practices.

What you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in program, project, and process management within marketing operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or related fields in the B2B software sector.
  • Proven experience in implementing various methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies across project lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated passion for leading and energizing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheets, Asana, Wrike, or equivalents.
  • Experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle ambiguity, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
