Creative Strategists are the creative leaders of the business. You will work with the creative team & Client to create, plan, and deliver strategic visions for clients with the goal of retaining clients for as long as possible. You will be responsible for maintaining a cohesive visual and thematic style for projects and campaigns, ensuring client content performs well, and diving into the strategy when adjustments are needed.
Additionally, you will be in constant communication with clients, discerning their needs and goals, and providing expert opinions on strategic pivots. You will oversee brainstorming sessions, manage budgets, supervise creative decisions, and produce projects.

- Increase client retention
- Improve client performance (video views, follower growth, monetization)
- Maintain effective client communication (frequent updates, 1-hour response time during work hours)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Learn:
- Master the clients Viral Video Blueprint
- Become an expert at creating and identifying viral video content
Create:
- Develop “custom” content strategies for new clients and ensure proper execution
- Assist the creative team by creating content when needed
- Create client briefs to align the internal team with the client’s vision
- Brainstorm creative ideas to enhance client performance
Manager/Leader:
- Lead by example to foster a culture of commitment
- Ensure the creative team has resources to deliver the client’s vision
- Review, revise, and coach content produced by the team
- Stay informed about trends and AI tools to streamline processes
Communicate:
- Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Respond promptly to client needs (1-hour maximum response time during work hours)
- Seek feedback from managers and clients, and apply it to improve performance
Requirements
Day-to-Day Expectations:
- Be available from 9am-5pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday-Friday, for meetings and Slack/text communication
- Assist the Project Manager in creating tasks for video editors
- Attend meetings with clients, the creative team and social media management team, and ad buyers to ensure alignment
- Review, revise, and create content as needed for clients
- Attend video shoots virtually when necessary
- Come up with ideas and create shot lists for clients
- Review client reports and adjust strategies as needed
