Media Production Specialist

The Media Production Specialist at Ansira Inc. will be responsible for creating high-quality video and audio content for various marketing and communication initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for internal and external communications, including promotional videos, client testimonials, training materials, and social media campaigns.
  * Operate and maintain professional video and audio recording equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software.
  * Develop creative concepts and storyboards in collaboration with marketing and content teams.
  * Manage all aspects of post-production, including video editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
  * Ensure all media content adheres to Ansira's brand guidelines and quality standards.
  * Optimize video content for various platforms and distribution channels (e.g., website, social media, presentations).
  * Coordinate with external vendors and talent as needed for production projects.
  * Archive and organize media assets for easy retrieval and future use.
  * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in media production.
  
  Job Qualifications:**
  
  * 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
  * Proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  * Strong understanding of videography principles, including lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques.
  * Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is highly desirable.
  * Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual stories.
  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  * A portfolio or reel showcasing relevant video production work is required.
