As the Vice President of Integrated Marketing, you will manage a team of marketing professionals responsible for every aspect of supporting the marketing needs of all departments across the college, directing strategy development, execution optimization and reporting across B2C, B2B2C and B2B business units. You will establish processes/systems for increasing efficiency, managing day-to-day operations, and being the lead on integrated strategy and communications. You will own the coordination of campaigns across digital and traditional channels as well as public relations and event planning and strategy.

Compensation

ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $172,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.

Day to Day Responsibilities

In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:

  • Serve as a lead for delivering strategy, execution, management, optimization and reporting to build ACE's student population, while driving down the cost of student acquisition.
  • Lead the Integrated Marketing team, overseeing strategy development, execution, and optimization across various internal departments, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage and develop a team of integrated marketers across various disciplines, facilitating their growth as the team expands and ensuring cohesive marketing efforts across all internal "client" departments.
  • Create and implement comprehensive Integrated Marketing Strategies and Connection Plans, activating the organization’s full marketing capabilities to effectively engage the target audience at the right times and places.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to enhance planning, implementation, and ongoing improvement of marketing initiatives that support ACE’s goals.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns closely, proactively addressing issues and collaborating with the team to resolve challenges and optimize outcomes.
  • Drive the advancement of the Integrated Marketing function by assisting in internal strategy development, conducting research, preparing strategic presentations, and refining the approach to meet the needs and goals of internal departments.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Performance Marketing to ensure seamless integration of all marketing campaigns and channels, aligning efforts to maximize overall marketing effectiveness and coherence across the organization.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 10+ years of integrated marketing experience, preferably in higher education.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing a team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field. Masters preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating profitable growth in a highly competitive industry, education experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve business processes.
  • Strong experience in marketing project and “client” management.
