As the Director of Marketing Operations, you will spearhead the alignment of marketing priorities with overall marketing and college strategies. You will manage a diverse portfolio of marketing projects, collaborate with other department leaders and marketing team members to advance ACE’s mission. Your role is pivotal in the strategic execution, analysis, and optimization of marketing campaigns. You will ensure seamless project management across the marketing department, maintaining oversight of campaign activities and driving enhancements in marketing operations for growth and expansion.

Compensation
ACE is committed to paying a competitive wage while staying true to our mission of maintaining high quality, affordable programs for our students. The starting salary range for this position is $117,000 plus all full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus. Offers vary depending on education, prior experience, and expertise being applied to the role.

Day to Day Responsibilities

In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:

  • Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing projects across various channels, ensuring alignment with overarching college strategies.
  • Facilitate the deployment of creative content and digital strategies developed by team members to boost online engagement and presence.
  • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing outputs to ensure uniformity in communication.
  • Organize ongoing training and development activities for the marketing team to ensure continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Supervise external agencies and freelancers, ensuring all contracted work meets project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights that guide the strategic execution of marketing plans.
  • Manage the prioritization of project requests from external departments.
  • Foster collaboration between the marketing department and other departments such as Enrollment and Admissions to streamline project efforts.
  • Manage the detailed planning and execution of marketing projects, ensuring they deliver on key priorities and financial targets.
  • Direct the operational aspects of content management and SEO optimization, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of tactics.
  • Utilize feedback from students to refine and adjust marketing projects, aiming to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • CAPM, CSM, or PMP certification required.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, advertising campaigns, strategic communications and execution.
  • Profound knowledge of marketing project management, higher education marketing, digital and traditional marketing channels.
