- Collaborate closely with software development, product management, support teams, and customers
- Gather, assess, and prioritize stakeholder requirements to align with the product roadmap
- Introduce and champion new technologies, trends, and innovations.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of product releases.
- Ensure the product meets high quality and security standards.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical environment
- Interest in—and ideally experience with—automation and control systems within OT environments
- Deep familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Solid technical foundation, particularly in software development and in server-client architecture, container architecture (e.g., Docker), microservice and cloud service architecture
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to abstract stakeholder needs into a clear vision and actionable work packages
- Skilled in leveraging OKRs and KPIs to assess performance and inform decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills at all levels, fluency in English and German
