Our team has successfully launched a new and innovative technology platform, Allē, which serves millions of consumers, tens of thousands of aesthetics providers and thousands of colleagues throughout the US. Since its launch in November 2020, Allē has delivered curated promotions, personalized experiences and had millions of consumers use it as part of their beauty journey.

As the Sr. Technical Program Manager, Training, you will report to the Director of Program Management, as well as continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical problems.

You Will

  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies of our Training squad/program, remove impediments and help the teams continue being high performing teams.

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to set priorities, define mid and long term strategies and create a roadmap for the teams you are partnering with.

  • Manage releases and deliverables

  • Visualize project progress and health to stakeholders

  • Develop and own communication plans and cross team infrastructure rollouts

  • Define and track key metrics and key performance indicators to drive cross functional execution of engineering initiatives.

  • Proactively identity needs of the engineering team and the business and anticipate risk to our infrastructure.

  • Influence process and decisions to align with higher company initiatives.

Required Experience, Traits & Skills

● 5+ years, or equivalent experience, as a Technical Program Manager.

● Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

● Experience managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously.

● Excellent written & verbal communication skills

● Excellent attention to detail and understanding of impact when changes occur to scope or timeline.
