Now, we are looking for a Backend Software Engineer as we prepare to launch a new array of game-changing technologies on our successfully adopted platform.
We're looking for a Backend Software Engineer interested in working within a startup-oriented environment while having the backing of a very large company. If that's you, please read on.
As the Backend Software Engineer, you will report to the Software Engineering Manager and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most critical technical problems.
You Will
- Champion code quality, reusability, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with a team of engineers, architects, product managers, and designers to deliver elegant, resilient, and solid products
- Ownership over their code and remove any ambiguity during implementation by collaborating with their team
- Conduct design and code reviews
- Enjoy learning new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Care about who you work with and how work is done. We hire carefully, and the entire team is allowed to take part in evaluating potential hires

Required Experience & Technical Skills
- 3+ years as a Software Engineer with a passion for front-end and the user experience
- Expert in CSS: Styled Components, Grid, Flexbox, Animations, and Cross-browser compatibility
- Strong Experience with React and NextJS (bonus) using TypeScript/JavaScript(ES6/7+)
- Understanding of state management frameworks and workflows
- A proponent of unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Bonus: React Native and or mobile experience with iOS and Android
- Bonus: Experience with accessibility and ADA compliance
- Bonus: Node.js experience

- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
