Overview
Alight Solutions is seeking a results-driven and consultative Health Administration Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving new business and expanding existing client relationships for Alight's Health Administration solutions, including benefits administration, ACA compliance, and healthcare delivery support.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the HR, benefits, and healthcare landscape, along with a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales. This individual will partner closely with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within assigned territories or industries
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, implementation, HR consulting, and leadership teams) to deliver integrated client solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives, including HR, Benefits, and Finance leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on trends in health administration, compliance, and employee benefits
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates to support business planning and reporting
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting health administration services
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR services, benefits administration, healthcare, or consulting
Proven success selling complex, multi-service solutions to enterprise or large mid-market clients
Strong understanding of health and welfare benefits, ACA compliance, and/or HR outsourcing solutions
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior decision-makers
Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling benefits administration or HR technology platforms
Background in consulting-led or solution-based sales environments
Knowledge of Alight's service offerings or similar industry solutions
Experience working with brokers, consultants, or benefits advisors

Minimum :
160,000.00 USDMaximum :
