Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of leading major initiatives from conception to delivery
- Full-stack engineer enthusiastic about working across the entire stack, with a specialisation in backend development
- Member-facing product expertise - you understand what it takes to build delightful user experiences at scale
- Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies, and proficient in Object-Oriented Programming using Python, Java, Swift, Kotlin, and C#
- A collaborative, team-first mindset — you thrive on working closely with others, actively seek alignment within the team, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team dynamic
- Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time
- Humble and still willing to grow
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French!)
