What You'll Do
- Leverage causal inference and other statistical methodologies to assess the value and impact of our products on key outcomes for hospitals and providers using financial and other data sources
- Clearly communicate insights highlighting the impact of our product offering to a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization.
- Own the development of sophisticated healthcare algorithms and data assets that will improve not only our ability to communicate value to health systems but also our product offerings themselves.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ph.D. and 3+ years of experience or Master’s and 5-7 years of experience or Bachelor’s and 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-4 years experience specifically in the healthcare domain, working with EHR data, clinical data, claims data, or similar
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis and research design
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in SQL
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders
- Highly self-sufficient and self-starting in solving complex problems and conducting projects end-to-end
- A passion and excitement about healthcare’s unique challenges and opportunities
Nice to Haves
- Experience in causal inference and/or econometrics
- Experience working with Data Warehouses
- Background in software development fundamentals and experience delivering software-based products

Compensation
- Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $175,000-$205,000 + Equity. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
