About the Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development to join our growing remote team. The successful candidate will take ownership of backend architecture, database management, and API integrations while collaborating on full-stack development projects. This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about creating scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain server-side logic and database structures.
Develop APIs and backend services to power web and mobile applications.
Optimize performance and scalability of applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration of user-facing elements.
Implement and maintain security, authentication, and authorization solutions.
Participate in architectural design discussions and code reviews.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer.
Strong command of backend languages and frameworks (Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar).
Hands-on experience with database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
Experience developing and integrating APIs.
Working knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, or Angular) for integration purposes.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
