Remote Operations Technical Analyst

What you will do :

• Based at the Remote Operations Center (ROC), drive operational efficiency of Aggreko assets using ARM (Aggreko Remote Monitoring) data and field expertise
• Work with engineering, sales, and operations teams to understand and improve the operation of reduced emissions assets, and collaborate with data analysts to enhance condition-based alarms for increased efficiency
• Utilize data analytics to assist in asset and system efficiency, build tools to detect non-optimal running of equipment, and show opportunities for upselling based on efficiency improvements
• Contribute directly to Aggreko's energy transition by delivering early indicators of inefficiencies, developing action plans for low load issues on Tier4F/Stage V machines, and integrating battery storage solutions
• Develop and plan standard maintenance schedules, identify opportunities for technical improvements in design and asset deployment, and ensure reliability by proactively addressing problems and conducting routine failure analysis
• Demonstrate asset and site operational efficiency, reduce condition-based low load alarms by 10%, and escalate OEM/supplier/product-level issues as needed

We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with specialized diploma or vocational training. Experience with Tier4F/Stage V Aggreko generators and energy storage preferred
• Ability to translate analytical data into actionable information for data-driven decisions, using web-based SCADA systems, ERP, and analytical tools
• Demonstrated ability to learn about a wide range of products and applications
• Strong people skills for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills to build relationships within the organization, both virtually and face-to-face
