We are looking for a driven Sales and Business Development Manager based in Hungary to join our expanding team. This exciting opportunity offers remote working flexibility and will involve travel to customer sites and meetings as you build our presence in the region.
As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Aggreko, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact by identifying value-added opportunities and delivering profitable projects.
You'll be responsible for establishing and expanding the customer base, developing and delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, negotiating and closing sales, and achieving business results.

What you will do:
This role is ideal for an independent, results-driven sales professional with a strong network in the temporary power, energy rental, or HVAC industry. You’ll focus on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across key sectors, including Utilities, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, and Industrial HVAC.
You will:
Leverage your industry experience to quickly build credibility and trust with potential clients
Use your existing customer relationships or knowledge of competitors’ solutions to position Aggreko’s value proposition
Operate autonomously to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Represent Aggreko at a senior level, influencing technical and commercial decision-makers
Collaborate internally to ensure project execution meets customer expectations
Work to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Location: Hungary – Home based
Travel: Up to 70% across Hungary and neighboring countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic)
What we’re looking for:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in an independent or business development role within the temporary power generation, energy services, or HVAC sector
Industry Background: Previous experience in selling rental or engineered solutions
Strong Commercial Acumen: Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiation
Technical Aptitude: Able to understand and translate technical solutions into business benefits for clients
Customer-Centric: Trusted advisor mentality with a track record of building long-term partnerships
Excellent Communicator: Fluent in Hungarian and English, with the ability to present, influence, and close deals at all organizational levels
Self-Starter: Independent, organized, and motivated by results with the ability to thrive in a remote, field-based environment
