Product Design Associate

We are seeking for a talented and detail-oriented Product Designer to help shape the future of our platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on crafting user-centric designs and is eager to contribute to a growing startup that’s redefining workforce planning.

As a Product Designer, you’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create engaging user experiences and marketing visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive user experiences and interfaces for Agentnoon’s platform.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs for improved usability.

• Build and maintain a design system to ensure visual consistency across the platform.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

• Design marketing materials such as banners, social media posts, and ad creatives.

• Create visuals for landing pages and promotional campaigns.

• Work with the marketing team to ensure all creative output aligns with Agentnoon’s brand guidelines.

• Support in designing product demo visuals and presentation templates.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing product design and creative work.

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator), Canva.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Preferred experience: 0-2 years

• Available to work from 7 AM to 3 PM Eastern Time (Canada).

Bonus Skills

• Experience with animation or motion graphics.

• Interest in branding and marketing design.
