Job Description:
Content Creation Specialist - Learning Management System
This role will effectively create, manage, and update content across multiple work streams. The employee should possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a meticulous approach to content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize proven learning and development methodologies to design and create effective educational content that aligns with customer needs.
- Implement best practices to enhance the quality and engagement of web-based training materials.
- Establish and execute a streamlined content creation workflow, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious delivery of high-quality learning materials.
- Develop, update, and optimize content creation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clients to document online content processes and services, providing clear and comprehensive documentation to support client understanding and usage.
- Develop courseware using tools such as Articulate, Storyline, and Camtasia addressing courseware issues for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) customers.
- Deliver and test courseware within the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the team by implementing workflow automations to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Must have extensive knowledge of how to use Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia courseware tools.
- Be able to use AI voiceover or provide voice over capabilities.
- Must have prior experience with SCORM/LMS.
- Must be able to collaborate with clients providing clear and comprehensive documentation to support client understanding and usage.
- Knowledge on required best practices to provide 508C compliant content.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
