Requirements
Proficiency in German (B2 – C1 level)
Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable working with computers and customer management systems
Sales-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
