- Provide customers with the best possible support and service via phone, email, social media, and mobile applications.
- Actively listen to customers’ needs, troubleshoot on their behalf, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate fluently in Hebrew and comfortably switch to English (B2 level, both written and verbal).
Requirements
- Speak Hebrew fluently
- Can confidently communicate in English (B2 level)
- Ideally have prior experience in customer support—but if not, don’t worry, full training will be provided
