Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:
- As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Provide accurate information regarding bookings, rebookings, and cancellations (air, rail, hotel, and more)
- Find tailored solutions to ensure smooth and enjoyable journeys for customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
