representative, you will provide warm and professional service to our customers,
efficiently resolving any issues they may face. You will ensure excellent service standards
and maintain high customer satisfaction while enjoying your work every day.
Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:
- Responsibilities:
- Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering
- inquiries regarding reservations and attending to potential requests.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (Native);
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Typing Speed: 20 words per minute.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills;
- Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility.
