We are AB Amber Grid, the operator of Lithuania's natural gas transmission system. Since our establishment in 2013, following a spin-off from the gas company Lietuvos Dujos, we have been entrusted with the crucial responsibility of ensuring the reliable and safe transmission of natural gas to all system users. Our core mission revolves around the operation, maintenance, and strategic development of this vital national infrastructure. Our extensive system comprises nearly 2,300 kilometers of main gas pipelines, state-of-the-art gas compressor stations, and numerous gas metering and distribution stations. We are a proud part of EPSO-G, a state-owned group of energy transmission and exchange companies, which reinforces our commitment to national energy security and independence.

Our vision extends far beyond the traditional role of a gas transmission operator. We are actively driving the transformation of the energy sector to align with a climate-neutral economy. A key part of our long-term strategy is to adapt our existing infrastructure to transport green energy resources, with a significant focus on biomethane and hydrogen.
